You will lead the technical and management activities of a project focused on the development and implementation of advanced GNC algorithms for missile systems.
Your responsibilities will include state-of-the-art analysis, algorithm design, coding, and validation, as well as team coordination and technical project management.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for an Aeronautical Engineer with a strong technical background and leadership skills, ready to tackle complex challenges in the field of Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC).
We particularly value experience in the design and implementation of navigation algorithms, such as Kalman filters, hybridization techniques, and GNSS error modeling, as well as expertise in classical and modern guidance and control strategies.
A high level of applied mathematics and classical mechanics is essential, along with proficiency in MATLAB and C++ for algorithm development and validation.
Knowledge of Python programming will be considered a plus, as well as experience coordinating technical teams and managing projects efficiently and results-oriented.
This is a mid-level position, so the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in these activities.
