Position: Group FP&A Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Group FP&A Senior Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and driving data-driven decision making while ensuring data quality across various financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the Group's budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Forecasting Support: Aid in the development and maintenance of short-term and long-term financial forecasts, providing recommendations based on analysis.
* Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
* Reporting & Insights: Prepare senior management and board presentations explaining major drivers of forecasts/budgets and key movements, ensuring clear communication of key messages.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Support monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success across financial and commercial domains.
* Investor Relations Support: Provide analysis and insights related to budgets and forecasts to the Investor Relations team.
* Data Collection & Quality Assurance: Collect financial data from markets, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
* Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects: Conduct ad hoc financial analyses, scenario modeling, and participate in projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the finance function.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment, ideally within Cosmetic, Consumer Goods, or Pharma industries.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools, especially MS Excel.
* 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
