Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Data Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Engineering, cloud platforms, and modern data stack tools, along with proven leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage technical teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.- Act as the primary technical point of contact between business stakeholders and IT development teams.- Design, develop, and deploy scalable data solutions using AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Python, and SQL.- Drive architecture decisions and ensure best practices in data engineering and cloud implementation.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Ensure project execution aligns with Agile/SAFe methodologies.- Oversee end-to-end delivery including design, development, documentation, and deployment.- Manage communication across internal teams and external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment.Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role (Tech Lead / Data Architect).- Strong hands-on expertise in:- AWS (Amazon Web Services)- Snowflake- dbt (Data Build Tool)- Python & SQL- Solid understanding of modern data engineering practices and architectures.- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Hands-on experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams effectively.
