Today, we are looking for our next Sales Representative (Sell In/Sell Out) for Pharmacy (Madrid).
Responsibilities
Develop the pharmacies in the assigned area, both in terms of Sell In and Sell Out, including the acquisition of new clients with high dermocosmetic potential (a prior portfolio of pharmacies is an added value).
Present the innovations that the brand proposes each cycle, ensuring good penetration of new products.
Define the most appropriate strategies for each client to boost brand sell‑out.
Educate customers about the brand and its new products from a dual perspective: cosmetics / sales.
Organize, together with the Pharmacy, animations and workshops for consumers to raise awareness of the brand and boost sales (execution by the delegate).
Ensure excellent brand visibility at the point of sale by guaranteeing the correct placement of POS and merchandising tools.

Qualifications
Experience in dermocosmetics in the pharmacy channel, ideally in brands with a selective profile and/or medical aesthetic positioning.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
Advanced communication skills.
Advanced handling of office tools and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Minimum experience : 3 years
Availability to travel : 60% of working time
