Join COSMO CONSULT as a Senior Account Manager (all genders welcome).
We are looking for a professional with extensive experience to manage and develop client relationships, position our products and services, and contribute to our growth in the IT consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Position the full portfolio of COSMO CONSULT's products and services to potential and new clients, providing end-to-end technological solutions with a consultative approach.
* Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to strategic planning.
* Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 10 years of proven experience in selling Dynamics 365 projects, especially F&O.
* Knowledge of AI technologies (Copilot).
* Fluent in English, capable of working on international projects and with global teams.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Experience working directly with Microsoft and a strong understanding of business processes and Microsoft products.
* Knowledge of lead generation and marketing aligned with sales strategies.
* Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and responsibility.
