Global Head of Media Performance page is loaded## Global Head of Media Performanceremote type: Hybridlocations: Barcelonatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: December 12, 2025 (14 days left to apply)job requisition id: R31129**Job Title**General Head of Media Performance**Purpose of the Role**The Global Head of Media Performance will guide and support teams in developing, implementing, and continuously improving the performance of Digital and Travel Seller (Global Distribution System - GDS) Media products offered to hotel, Destination Marketing Organization (DMO), and airline clients worldwide.This role oversees approximately 180 team members across multiple global locations (including the US, Costa Rica, Barcelona, Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Delhi, and Manila).The objective is to foster high customer satisfaction and loyalty while managing Profit and Loss (PnL) accountability for the contribution to overall business performance. The position focuses on delivering impactful media campaign results and building a cost-effective, AI-driven, scalable operating model to support future growth.**Main Responsibilities*** Guide media customer delivery teams across global Centers of Media Excellence and regions to manage over 5,000 campaigns for hotels, airlines, and destinations, ensuring scalable operations and team development.* Work toward client loyalty and Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals for each geographic region.* Establish best practices to help Strategists identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and present new products to clients. Collaborate with partners (e.G., Google, Facebook) to test new features and encourage adoption where beneficial.* Support sales processes (e.G., media plan creation), maintain balanced business mix across channels, and uphold service level objectives.* Develop AI-first operational processes, define essential business requirements for internal systems, and identify third-party data and technology to enable success. Build business cases to justify investments.**About the Ideal Candidate*** Advanced degree in analytical fields such as mathematics, engineering, finance, or economics.* Significant experience in general management ( typically 10+ years) including **operational** responsibility for revenue and oversight of diverse functional areas with large teams (+100 team members) within a global organization,.* Extensive experience in digital media and/or e-commerce, with media companies or advertising technology firms in roles focused on performance marketing and client engagement.* Strong understanding of data and travel industry (hospitality experience preferred).* English proficiency**What We Can Offer You:*** A critical mission and purpose – Power the future of travel;
