Direct and supervise the team in managing demands from various internal clients. Ensure effective customer orientation by understanding and meeting their needs. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team with different locations and diverse internal clients. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality in demand management. Foster a collaborative work environment and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and other IT teams. Follow the principles of prioritizing standard IT services over new services. YOUR PROFILE: Master’s degree in information technology, computer, economic Science, or comparable qualifications. Certification in ITIL or COBIT. Certification in Prince 2 or PMP will be considered. Experience: IT Demand management, PMO management, IT process/frameworks management and managing international team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to actively listen and persuade with strong arguments. Previous experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. Customer-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. People skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Academic background in IT, business management, or related fields. Ability to manage stress and remain calm in challenging situations. A person who is open to change and capable of leading change. Good organization and effective process implementation and management skills. Availability to travel.
