hybrid growth and product marketing profile
to lead go-to-market execution across our B2B travel ecosystem. This role combines
strategy, storytelling, and systems-building, from crafting compelling positioning to building scalable marketing automations.You’ll work at the intersection of
Product, Growth, and Sales, shaping how we introduce new features and drive partner acquisition on both supply and demand sides.What you'll do:
Develop product positioning and messaging that translate technical features into commercial winsLaunch GTM strategies (SEO, email, paid campaigns, webinars) to generate qualified leadsBuild and optimize automated lead nurturing, onboarding, and activation flowsOwn campaign performance, A/B testing, and funnel optimization — with data as your guideCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams on launches and activation journeysYou are:
A growth-minded storytellerWith 5+ years of experience in GTM, growth, or product marketingFluent in HubSpot, CRM workflows, lifecycle marketing, and automation toolsAble to analyze data and develop strategies using tools like PostHog, Looker, and spreadsheets (SQL knowledge a plus)Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high autonomy and ownershipIdeally familiar with B2B marketplaces, embedded travel, or API-led tech stacksBonus points for:
Experience with travel tech, affiliate programs, or supply-side integrations (channel managers, extranets)Exposure to partner onboarding funnelsSpanish language skills;
