As an experienced PaidSocial/SEM Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic and tactical social media plans. You should advise clients and advertising agencies on social network strategies. You will also provide daily assistance to our agency media team.
You will run campaigns across networks like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, or via third-party tracking. You should have a clear vision of social media and be able to evaluate campaigns, extracting learnings for future recommendations.
You need to proactively generate new ideas and stay updated on social media developments. You will collaborate with clients on their goals and how social media can help achieve them, investigating target audience behaviors to incorporate insights into social media strategies.
All efforts aim for clients to achieve better results on social networks.
Responsabilidades
* Manage planning, coordination, monitoring, and control of social media campaigns at all funnel levels.
* Work closely with clients, creative, strategy, media agencies, and external vendors.
* Monitor campaigns continuously, analyze performance, and optimize strategies for social/digital media.
* Support internal social media teams in paid advertising areas.
* Lead and support your team in campaign creation and planning.
* Conduct post-campaign analysis and report results to clients.
* Utilize common analytics and social media tools.
* Translate analytical results into creative reports for social/digital campaigns.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or similar; or 3-4 years of relevant experience.
* Strong communication skills, dynamic, flexible, proactive.
* Experience in marketing or media agency environment.
* Deep understanding of social media in a business context, including all channels and features.
* High specialization in social media networks.
