What will you do in this position?
* Understand the business environment, analyzing market and competition to add real value to teams.
* Act as a facilitator, linking stakeholders and personnel in talent management.
* Negotiate effectively in challenging situations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
* Proactively address organizational challenges with a cross-functional perspective.
* Identify opportunities for change to mitigate risks and foster organizational development.
* Lead and develop key processes.
* Participate in international HR projects as part of development teams.

Requisitos / Requirements:
* Degree or Bachelor's in Labor Sciences, Psychology, or similar (ADE, Labor Relations, etc.).
* Master's in HR is a plus.
* Minimum 4 years' experience in developing people policies at national and international levels: Learning, Selection, Development.
* Experience in people management, conflict resolution, and proposing solutions.
* Experience in corporate strategy and Lean Management projects.
* Knowledge of or experience with cooperative companies is valued.
* High proficiency in English and Euskera (C1 level).
