Now we need you—a Workforce Planner who can turn rota scheduling into an art form and maybe even sprinkle in some learning magic or analytical brilliance, depending on your superpowers.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience that Counts: 1+ years as a workforce manager or shift planner, ideally within a large-scale, 24/7 operation with seasonal demand shifts.
* Education or Equivalent Know-How: A relevant higher education (e.g. economics, business administration), or solid hands-on experience that proves you know your stuff.
* Legal Savvy: Familiarity with applicable local labour laws and regulations—or a willingness to learn quickly and thoroughly.
* Multilingual Mastery: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish is a big plus, and Nordic languages are a bonus.
* Tech Confidence: Skilled in IT systems and digital tools, especially workforce planning software. You know your way around a dashboard.
* Excel Enthusiast: Analytical mindset with a love for numbers, data, and spreadsheets that actually make sense.
* Team Spirit: Collaborative, communicative, and always ready to support colleagues across shifts and departments.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Shift Planning: Analyse staffing needs by day and hour, factoring in seasonality, peak periods, and operational trends to create efficient and responsive shift schedules.
* Compliance & Coordination
Develop shift plans that align with collective agreements, local labour laws, budget constraints, and operational requirements—ensuring legal and ethical compliance at all times.
* Optimization & Innovation
Continuously evaluate and refine staffing strategies. Propose improvements, alternative models, or smarter scheduling solutions to enhance performance and coverage.
* System Management
Accurately register, update, and maintain shift data in the workforce planning system, ensuring real-time visibility and reliability.
* Reporting & Forecasting
Produce clear, data-driven reports on current staffing levels and future needs. Support decision-making with actionable insights and predictive analysis.
* Administrative Support
Handle related administrative tasks across workforce planning, staffing coordination, emergency preparedness, and other operational areas.
* Project Involvement
Contribute to cross-functional projects and ad-hoc initiatives as needed—bringing your planning expertise to our broader organisational goals.
