As a Junior Asset Manager in Madrid, you will support property performance and stakeholder coordination, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. You’ll handle documentation, insurance, and legal coordination with external counsel, contributing to effective asset management. You will draft contracts, manage rental finances, deposits, and expenses, and serve as a key contact for licenses and inspections. This role offers exposure to cross-functional regulatory and financial processes within a property-focused team, with room to grow in legal and administrative expertise.

• Supervise property performance and conflict management with external and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and analyze documentation including formal communications and responses to claims
• Manage insurance policies for properties
• Coordinate extrajudicial and judicial matters with external legal counsel
• Draft and prepare contracts: delivery reports, addenda, parking agreements, communications, and lease agreements
• Oversee financial management: invoice control for rentals, rent evolution, CPI adjustments, deposits and guarantees
• Track and manage direct xsgfvud expenses and maintain financial databases
• Be the point of contact with authorities for licenses and registrations of properties
• Coordinate administrative inspections and liaise with inspectors to obtain licenses/registrations
• Support legal matters involving property owners and guests, coordinating with external law firms
