Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?️
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* 5+ years of experience inData Management
* 3+ years of hands-on experience withInformatica SaaS solutions, preferably Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Customer 360
* Proven experience implementingfull lifecycle MDM projects
* Expertise with Informatica MDM Customer 360 and/or Multidomain MDM and/or Reference 360
* Strong understanding of master data management concepts, data governance, and data integration strategies
* Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, and matching techniques
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and Snowflake is desirable
* Relevant Informatica MDM certifications are a plus
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Informatica MDM C360 Cloud solutions
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and address MDM challenges
* Develop and customize master data management systems, including data integration, modeling, and migration
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems
* Provide technical mentorship and guidance to teams on Informatica SaaS platform solutions
* Integrate Informatica MDM with other enterprise systems and manage data synchronization
* Define and enforce data governance processes and policies
* Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and matching activities
* Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and user guides
* Investigate and resolve critical production data issues
