Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Scrum Master will support the successful delivery of Agile squads\ ' goals and product increments, coordinating the Product, Engineering, and Business functions of the company.
Responsibilities Understand product content, sprint goals, code reviews, QA activities, and pipeline deployment to manage delivery and risks.
Own and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning and reviews, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives).
Monitor sprint and squad productivity, ease blockages, escalate and resolve issues, and prioritize dependencies across teams.
Serve as a delivery manager by driving sprint goal delivery and optimizing team collaboration.
Collaborate with the team and act as a reliable reference for developers to analyze backlog items, define tasks, and coordinate with the Product Manager on goals, priorities, and trade-offs.
Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Background in Software Development with ability to understand the product and tasks, and to anticipate risks and coordinate delivery.
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, Kanban, and Scrum ceremonies.
Experience with Project Management tools (such as Asana, Linear, ClickUp, Trello, Jira).
Good understanding of online platforms for collaborative software development and deployment (such as GitLab or GitHub).
Full professional proficiency in English.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities;
excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
