Key Responsibilities
Design and implement data strategies to align with business goals and drive actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to support strategic decision‐making.
Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present data‐backed insights to senior leadership.
Write complex SQL queries, manage database structures, and optimize database performance.
Utilize spreadsheet tools for advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure smooth data flow, integration, and quality.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and technical expertise.
Engage with stakeholders at a strategic level to align data initiatives with business needs.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Handle high workloads while demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.
Requirements
Data Process Mastery: Ability to break down complex data processes and design scalable solutions.
Advanced Data Analytics & Reporting: Expertise in creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
SQL & Database Management Expertise: Advanced SQL skills and database management experience.
Proficiency in Spreadsheets & Office Tools: Mastery of Excel and other Office tools for analysis and presentation.
Experience with Data Pipelines and Engineering: Familiarity with data pipelines and collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
Python or other analytical programming languages: Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to machine learning techniques and models for predictive analytics.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and align data initiatives with business goals.
Proactive attitude and strong problem‐solving mindset.
