As an Area Manager, you will act as a business leader for your region, ensuring operational excellence, strong team performance, and consistent brand standards across all stores. Supervise and develop a network of stores within an assigned area, ensuring the achievement of commercial, operational, and customer service objectives, fully aligned with Douglas’ strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of stores within your area, ensuring optimal performance
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture
• Analyze sales and profitability KPIs to define and implement action plans
• Ensure the proper execution of commercial campaigns, visual merchandising, and product launches
• Control operational costs, stock levels, and inventory management to maximize efficiency
• Monitor compliance with customer service standards and corporate procedures
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Collaborate with central departments (Marketing, HR, Operations) to align local execution with overall strategy
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify needs, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, health & safety standards, and internal policies
What You Bring
• Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in retail management, ideally overseeing multiple stores
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• High level of mobility and flexibility
