Tasks in the role
As the HR Business Partner for Sales, you aren't just “support” – you’re a co‑pilot. You build the engine, redesign team structures to scale, coach leaders to turn high potential into high performance, and own the full cycle from succession planning to engagement. You bridge the gap between business needs and HR strategy, initiate impactful processes, and measure success with metrics.
Partner with assigned unit or team leaders to develop and provide effective people‑management strategies and advise on HR instruments that encourage business goals.
Initiate and maintain processes such as org development, employee relations, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning, setting metrics for success.
Collaborate with recruitment to close roles swiftly, support the hiring process, and use data and analytics to influence business decisions.
Resolve complex employee‑relations issues through investigation and business‑aligned recommendations.
Lead cross‑functional projects and special initiatives within HR and across the company. Facilitate employee and managerial training programs, analyze trends and metrics, devise solutions, programs, and policies, and deploy people strategies that enable efficient growth.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements, reduce risk, ensure compliance, and partner with legal as needed.
Work with management and employees to improve relationships, morale, productivity, and retention, coaching mid‑ to senior‑level managers on organizational design and people‑management practices.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Who we are looking for
* Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of business experience and 4+ years in HR across multiple disciplines (talent management, employee relations, performance management).
* 3+ years supporting Sales organizations (SaaS industry experience preferred).
* Experience working with multicultural teams (U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia).
* Results‑oriented, business‑outcomes focused, and ensures best employee experience.
* Proven coaching of business leaders and facilitation of organizational change.
* Comfortable working side by side with international & cross‑functional teams.
* Experience with cross‑functional collaboration and influence.
* Capable of interpreting laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and detail orientation.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Professional proficiency in English, spoken & written.
* Ability to travel occasionally to other countries.
