Experteer Overview As Account Director for Games, you shape strategy and nurture long-term partnerships with strategic accounts to drive revenue growth. You will educate clients on Lionbridge Games services, renew contracts, and negotiate pricing while resolving complex issues. This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership and client advisory, collaborating across global teams to expand opportunities. You’ll contribute to Lionbridge’s reputation as a Global Games Leader through deep product knowledge and trusted stakeholder relationships. Your work helps unlock new revenue and cross-line opportunities in a dynamic, creative industry.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop account strategies to meet revenue and margin goals with insight into each account's goals, competition, and growth plans
- Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic accounts and renew contracts
- Upsell and cross-sell to new studios, buyers, and service lines to fill white space and grow revenue
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Conduct executive summaries and capability refreshes to drive new opportunities
- Collaborate with the global sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Reinforce Lionbridge’s position as a Global Games Leader through service knowledge and solutionsResponsabilidades
- Proven games industry sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Proven account management experience with long-term partnerships
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and credibility with clients and internal teams
- Strategic mindset and business acumen to identify revenue growth opportunities
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team
- CRM proficiency (e.G., Salesforce) and ability to leverage sales tools
- Ability to manage a designated territory and adapt to changing client needs and industry dynamics
