Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The primary responsibility is to develop the hunting market by building solid relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.
The key attributes of a successful Business Development Manager include:
* Strong business acumen
* Active social media user (Instagram / Facebook) with a significant following is highly preferred
* Experience in retail, stores, etc.
* Integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, and responsibility
* Proficiency in English
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The Business Development Manager will act as the company's ambassador, executing key tasks such as:
* Developing the hunting market through dealer/shop visits, brand promotion, display instructions, activities/events, relationship building, market research, and competitor/customer surveys
* Identifying potential business opportunities and growth points
* Understanding dealer and end-user pain points and support needs
* Presenting solutions to potential customers
* Supporting marketing activities at trade shows, conferences, and events
* Collaborating with the regional sales team
* Lobbying in associations and interest groups
* Assisting consultants in project specifications
* Positioning HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants
* Preparing reports for management
Your Profile:
* Proven negotiation skills at the corporate level
* Open-mindedness to working in a multicultural environment
* Self-driven and ambitious with a winning mindset
* Strong English communication skills, both oral and written
* Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
