Misión del puesto
**Mission**:
- Optimise processes and warehouses capacities.
- Improve the contractual and operational performance.
- Ensure that all processes are compliant to reference documentation
**Activities**:
**Manages the physical logistics activities**:
- Ensure physical logistics management performance & improvement control.
- Implement and control KPIs (performance, cost, quality, environment).
- Drive issue solving with a quick & simple alert/escalation process.
- Propose and drive local, not disruptive and short term Improvement Initiatives, share experience & practices via Logistics service managers network.
- Contribute to End To End Logistics Solutions optimisation and Surface optimisation.
- Contribute to infrastructure evolution and surface management.
- Assess logistics impacts in case of short and middle term planning changes.
**Ensure the alignment of logistics operations within the internal stakeholders processes and requirements to secure a logistics performance**:
- Anticipate, understand/challenge internal stakeholders’ requests and ensure implementation of changes.
**Ensure risk management with internal stakeholders and Logistics Provider, perform root cause analysis and manage mitigation plans.**
**Manages compliance to regulatory and safety obligations**:
- Contribute to corporate audits and industrial maturity.
- Plan, prepare, run audits in collaboration with quality and implement actions to close findings.
**Required skills**
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering, Logistics or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related area.
- Warehouse management.
- English: Negotiation level.
- Experience with other technologies and programming will be considered
- Available to work in the HUB of Illescas.
- Highly recommended own car.
