About the Role

Define and lead the strategy, design, and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and programs to ensure talent attraction, engagement, and retention, while driving continuous improvement in the company's operational, financial, and talent management KPIs.

Drive global strategic Human Capital initiatives across AB Living Group in close collaboration with the CPO, overseeing technology enablement, process design, and legal compliance across all business lines.

Drive the standardization of processes and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization's Human Capital function.

Responsibilities

Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards

* Define and lead the Total Rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
* Oversee the design and governance of compensation structures, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness through data-driven market analysis.
* Provide strategic direction on incentive frameworks, commission schemes, and performance-based compensation models that reinforce a high-performance culture.
* Establish and evolve comprehensive benefits programs to enhance the employee value proposition across all business units.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy

* Lead the design and execution of a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's growth and international expansion plans.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and high quality of hire.
* Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to position the organization as a top employer in the market.
* Define and implement employee retention and engagement strategies to maximize performance and organizational commitment.
* Establish robust succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership pipeline continuity and long-term organizational sustainability.

Learning, Development & Culture

* Define the Learning & Development strategy to build critical capabilities and support long-term business growth.
* Foster a high-performance and people-centric culture through leadership development, continuous learning, and cultural transformation initiatives.
* Champion organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the company's values, purpose, and employee experience vision.

Strategic HR Leadership & Transformation

* Act as a strategic partner to the CPO in driving global Human Capital initiatives.
* Lead large-scale HR transformation projects, including process standardization and technological implementation.
* Ensure alignment of HR practices with business strategy, governance frameworks, and legal requirements across all geographies.
* Drive continuous improvement across the Human Capital function, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and organizational impact.
* Ensure full compliance with Information Security policies and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Master's degree in Human Resources Management or specialized training in Compensation & Benefits.
* 5+ years of experience in similar or progressively senior roles.
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken (only candidates submitting their CV in English will be considered).
* Availability to travel and participate in international expansion processes as required.

Required Skills

* Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership capabilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High level of customer orientation, both toward internal stakeholders (employees/talent) and external clients (guests).
* Strong technological proficiency.
* Experience with HR management systems and Business Intelligence tools.
* Proven experience leading the implementation and optimization of HR systems.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
