is looking for a passionate and ambitious Freelance In-Person Event Host in Madrid, Spain to join our Events team on a contract basis. The Event Host will facilitate interactive social impact experiences for our corporate partner on location for in-person event(s). This is an opportunity for individuals with stage experience who are comfortable in front of a crowd and want to contribute their skills to positively impact local communities around the world. The right candidate will be based in Madrid, Spain, have corporate event experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to thrive in a start-up tech environment.

Role & Responsibilities
* Host engaging, fun, and meaningful social impact activities and events that support great causes.
* Welcome, engage, and inspire participants while supporting nonprofits during in-person events.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English
* Based in Madrid, Spain
* Available to work on a per-event contract basis
* Comfortable engaging with groups and individuals, keeping events flowing and participants engaged
* Energetic, charismatic, with a fun personality
* Experience in acting, comedy, improv, or similar fields is a plus but not required
* Skilled in group facilitation and managing dynamics
* High energy with a positive attitude
* Quick thinker and problem solver during events
* Enjoys public speaking and presenting
* Excellent customer service skills
What We Offer
This is an on-location, in-person, per-event contract role based in Madrid, Spain. Candidates must already reside in Madrid, as no relocation packages are available at this time.
