🔵 User Success Specialist // €24K - €30K Annual salary // Remote work
Your mission
We are looking for a User Success Specialist to join the User Success team, focused on end-user adoption, support excellence and continuous improvement of usage metrics.
This role is key to ensuring that users understand, adopt and effectively use the platform, acting as a bridge between users, support processes and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
* Ensure high adoption and usage of the tool among end users across different roles and profiles.
* Manage user support requests and incidents through ticketing systems, ensuring timely, high-quality resolution.
* Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements or automation opportunities.
* Monitor usage, adoption and engagement metrics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Deliver user training sessions tailored to different roles and user profiles.
* Contribute to maintain support documentation, guides and best practices.
* Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product and Support teams.
* Participate in the definition and optimization of support and user success processes.
Your profile
* Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to manage incidents, priorities and multiple requests in a dynamic environment.
* Experience with ticketing tools; HubSpot Service is highly valued.
* Experience in process automation and efficiency improvements.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way.
* Organized, agile and comfortable working with defined SLAs and KPIs.
* Languages: English and Spanish required.
* Previous experience in Support, User Success or similar roles is highly valued.
