This position offers an opportunity to well-suited candidates to join a growing, fast paced energetic environment and culture.Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:Own the monthly close from an FP&A; perspective, including management reporting, executive decks, variance analysis, and full financial data packs.Lead monthly performance reviews, providing clear, insight-driven analysis on revenues, margins, costs, KPIs, and key variances versus plan and forecast.Ensuretimely, accurate, and high-quality reportingfor senior management, including ad-hoc analysis as required.Drivequarterly forecasting and annual budgeting, with focused short- and long-term financial planning.Partner closely with commercial and functional leaders tosupport decision-making, track performance, and highlight risks and opportunities.Build and maintainfinancial models and scenariosto support business planning and strategic initiatives.Owngross margin and cost of goods analysis, monitor performance against targets, and support cost improvement initiatives.Maintain planning data integrity, includingSKU-level data, and continuously improve reporting, analytics, and FP&A; tools.Contribute toBoard and leadership presentations, peer benchmarking, and special projects as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting or related field.A minimum of 5 years of progressive financial experience in the field of financial planning, analysis and strategy / transaction services / business valuationsPrior experience with a Big 4 firm would be considered an advantageInternational experience / business interaction (must be willing to work wi
