What You'll Do
* Support customers in Dutch via phone and other channels
* Assist with bookings, guest services & travel-related inquiries
* Provide an excellent customer experience
* Work closely with an international team in a dynamic environment
What We're Looking For
* Full professional fluency in Dutch (native or bilingual level)
* Advanced English
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Hospitality, tourism, or sales experience is a strong plus
* Motivation to work in an international environment
* Currently living in Málaga or willing to relocate
What We Offer
* Permanent contract (2-month probation period)
* 39 hours per week
* On-site training at our central Málaga office (Avenida de Andalucía)
* Competitive salary: €21,500 gross/year + 1.500€ in a Sign Bonus
