Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional customer service in Dutch/Flemish to customers
Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general support
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat channels
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (spoken and written) is mandatory
Proficiency in English is required
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector, is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
