We've got big plans to expand into new markets and make a meaningful impact on the world of payments. To help us get there, our IT Support team is on the lookout for a new IAM Specialist.
Job requirements:
Practical experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), preferably in Microsoft environments (Entra ID / Azure AD).
Experience in access governance and control (recertifications, least privilege, traceability).Solid knowledge of the identity lifecycle (onboarding, modifications, and offboarding).Ability to define, organize, and maintain roles, permissions, and access.Techno-functional profile: able to translate business needs into technical configurations.Operational experience: daily management of users, groups, roles, and policies.Autonomy, good judgment, and a focus on order, control, and stability.Experience working with external vendors, acting as the internal technical counterpart.
IT Support (occasional and not primary):occasional equipment provisioningvery occasional support to senior managementexceptional coverage in case of absence
Job responsibilities:
Manage the full identity lifecycle (user provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning) across systems and applications.Enforce access governance policies, including role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and periodic access reviews.Administer IAM platforms (e.G., Entra ID / Azure AD), including users, groups, roles, and authentication policies.Monitor and audit access activities to ensure compliance, traceability, and alignment with security standards.Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate access requirements into secure and scalable IAM solutions.
