About The Role
We are building the autonomous backbone for the modern law firm. We are live, in production, and backed by a sophisticated architecture featuring multi-agent pipelines, durable workflows, and context engineering.
You've likely been part of a larger engineering organization. You know how to ship at scale, you've worked within mature systems, and you've delivered inside them. But at some point the slow decisions, the layers of process, and the feeling that your work disappears into a machine started to weigh on you. You want to matter. You want to see the direct line between what you build and what the product becomes. That's what this is.
As our Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you won't inherit someone else's architecture you'll shape it. You'll work directly with the founding team in Barcelona, take ownership of key feature verticals, and see your code in the hands of real legal professionals within days of writing it.
️ What you'll do
- Execute the Roadmap: Translate product requirements into high-quality code across the entire stack, from database schemas to polished React components.
- Build the software layer: Our agents need software to operate on. You will build it.
- Scale our AI Infrastructure: Help refine our RAG pipelines and agentic workflows to ensure reliability for legal professionals.
- Maintain High Standards: Work within our Turborepo setup to ensure our codebase remains modular, tested, and easy to navigate.
- Ship Daily: We value agency. You'll be expected to push to production frequently and iterate based on real-time feedback.
⚙️ Our Tech Stack
- Frontend: TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Next.Js
- Backend: Node.Js, Supabase/Postgres (RLS, Migrations, Triggers)
- AI/Data: LangChain/LangGraph, AI SDKs, Vector Databases, OCR processing
- Infrastructure: Serverless functions, Turborepo
What We're Looking For
- Hard worker: Does 9-9-6 excite or scare you? If it scares you, you're not the right fit. If not, you'll fit right in. We are a bunch of hard-charging people that want to make a dent in the world and will spare no energy to do so.
- Claude master: You have figured out how to use agentic coding tools to multiply your output. You're not writing every line yourself — you're directing, reviewing, and shipping faster than anyone around you.
- 3+ Years of Production Experience: You know how to build for real users, not just "hello world" projects.
- Full-Stack Fluency: You are equally comfortable debugging a complex SQL query as you are centering a div.
- The "Generalist" Edge: You understand multi-tenant SaaS architecture, security scoping, and how to build for scale.
- Local to Barcelona: This is a 100% on-site role. We believe the best early-stage products are built in the same room.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Supabase/Postgres, specifically RLS and migrations
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Familiarity with Monorepo tooling (Turborepo)
- A background in or a deep hunger for AI agent orchestration and RAG pipelines
- Understanding of durable workflows and human-in-the-loop systems
