Guest/Booking Manager

Mojo Rentals is a Danish fast-growing company specializing in the management of premium holiday rentals on the Costa del Sol. With over 60 properties under management and a dynamic team, our mission is to offer exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented Booking Manager / Assistant to join our team. This person will play a key role in the daily booking operations, guest communications, and supporting the overall rental experience from inquiry to check-out.
Coordinate arrivals/departures, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
•Provide administrative support (updating calendars, contracts, databases, basic invoicing)
•Support the operations team and assist in homeowner relations when needed
Ideally, previous experience in customer service, reservations, or tourism/hospitality (vacation rentals experience is a plus)
•High level of English (spoken and written); Confident using digital tools and property management systems (experience with Avantio, Guesty, or similar is a plus)
•Availability to work on weekends or public holidays when needed and rotative shifts
