Role Description
Proofreading and improving the quality of medical translations
Act as the main liaison between the client (markets), the PM team, Translation manager, and third parties (translation agency)
Facilitate clear communication and efficient collaboration between all stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery of translations, focusing on reducing delivery time and increasing client satisfaction
Manage quality control of the translation process
Be flexible and agile in reacting to changes in the workload and priorities, supporting other teams as needed
Requirements
Advanced English - at least B2+/C1
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Client-focused mindset
Ability to swiftly adapt to changes in workload and priorities
Experience in managing or coordinating translation projects
Experience in working with CAT tool and managing TMs
Strong organizational skills to coordinate between different teams and parties
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience in medical translation would be a big plus!
