We are looking for a hybrid profile that combines an international marketing and trade strategic vision with a strong sensitivity to product design, materials, and the physical execution of the brand

This position will be key in ensuring that every touchpoint

Key Responsibilities

Trade
\nMarketing & International Markets\n
- Coordinate and support international distributors in the execution of marketing plans.
- Ensure the proper implementation of trade marketing actions, materials, and visual merchandising.
- Guarantee brand consistency and coherence across all markets.
- Support and validate local market proposals.
- Ensure the training of sales teams within our distributor network.
\n2. Product, Design & Materiality\n
- Participate in the development of products, packaging, and physical brand elements.
- Define, evaluate, and propose materials, finishes, dimensions, and construction solutions.
- Ensure that every piece (POS materials, displays, packaging, gifting, etc.) reflects luxury and sophistication standards.
- Collaborate with creative teams and suppliers to elevate execution quality.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in design, production, and perceived value.

Your Profile
\n:\n
- 2–4 years of experience in international marketing, trade marketing, or brand management, preferably within luxury, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Hands -on experience or strong exposure to product development, packaging, or physical brand elements (highly valued).
- Knowledge of or sensitivity to materials, finishes, and production processes.
- High level of English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- A proactive, outgoing, innovative, and collaborative mindset.
