The Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline generation from the Valencia office.
This is a high-activity, outbound-first role, open to both entry-level candidates looking to break into SaaS sales and those with prior BDR/SDR experience. The key requirement is attitude — someone who is proactive, coachable and motivated to build pipeline through consistent outbound effort.
You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging them through cold outreach, and creating opportunities for the wider sales team. It’s a strong entry point into SaaS sales, with clear progression for those who perform.
Responsibilities
* Generate pipeline through outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn)
* Identify and engage target accounts across key markets
* Qualify prospects and book meetings
* Learn and apply effective messaging and outreach techniques
* Maintain CRM accuracy and track activity
* Work closely with the sales team to support deal progression

* Comfortable with high activity levels and outbound prospecting
* Clear communication skills and confidence engaging prospects
* Resilient, coachable and motivated to improve
* Previous BDR/SDR experience is a plus, but not required
