MISSION
Develop and implement health and safety activities in accordance with company guidelines in Spain.
FUNCTIONS
* Manage the H&S management system and programs in Tolsa Spain.
* Oversee HS instructions and audits, lead preventive and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with legal inspections (risk assessment, emergency plans, training, drills, etc.).
* Coordinate with external consultants and medical services.
* Execute local health and safety plans and projects, implement corporate procedures locally.
* Conduct regular plant visits to identify improvement actions, hazards, and verify HS compliance.
* Engage with departments to promote HS culture and ensure protocols are followed.
* Lead information campaigns, training, sanctions, and recognition to foster HS culture.
* Develop accident reduction programs, perform root cause analyses, and implement preventive measures.
* Conduct specific risk assessments (ergonomics, HAZOP, chemical risks, etc.) and monitor external contractors.
* Collect and analyze KPIs related to HS, propose improvements, and prepare reports.
DIGITAL TOOLS
* SAP proficiency is valued.
* Office-level computer skills.
DIMENSION
Experience levels: A (>10 years), B (5-10 years), C (2-5 years), D (0-2 years). Preference for A and B.

* Master in H&S (
