<p> Looking for a dynamic and experienced TECHNICAL EVENT PRODUCTION MANAGER to join our Super SmartWorks Team in Málaga. </p><p></p><p> The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technical production solutions for a wide range of corporate events, from executive meetings and product launches to large-scale international conferences. This role requires strong technical production knowledge, supplier management skills, and the ability to ensure flawless event execution from concept to delivery. </p><p></p><p> We need someone to be in charge of: </p><p></p><p>✅ Manage all technical production aspects of event delivery, including audiovisuals, sound, lighting, video, LED screens, live streaming, staging, interpretation systems, power requirements, and venue technical infrastructure. </p><p></p><p>✅ Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with technical production suppliers and partners worldwide, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and service excellence. </p><p></p><p>✅ Prepare and manage technical production budgets, quotations, technical proposals, and production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. </p><p></p><p>✅ Coordinate technical requirements with clients, venues, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee seamless event execution. </p><p></p><p>✅ Review floorplans, technical drawings, production schedules, and run-of-show documents to ensure all technical requirements are properly implemented. </p><p></p><p>✅ Lead onsite technical production operations, including setup, rehearsals, live event delivery, troubleshooting, and dismantling. </p><p></p><p>✅ Provide real-time problem solving and decision-making during events, ensuring the highest standards of production quality. </p><p></p><p>✅ Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and project teams throughout the entire event lifecycle. </p><p></p><p>✅ Prepare post-event reports, supplier evaluations, and recommendations for future improvements. </p><p></p><p> Qualifications: </p><p></p><p>✅ Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in technical event production, audiovisual production, event operations, or production management within an agency, production company, or corporate events environment. </p><p></p><p>✅ Strong understanding of event production technologies including sound, lighting, video, LED, hybrid events, live streaming, conference technology, and venue technical operations. </p><p></p><p>✅ Experience managing technical suppliers, production crews, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. </p><p></p><p>✅ Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. </p><p></p><p>✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines. </p><p></p><p>✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </p><p></p><p>✅ Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to collective success. </p><p></p><p>✅ Fluent in English (essential). </p><p></p><p>✅ Spanish is highly valued. </p><p></p><p>✅ Willing to travel. </p><p></p><p> IMMEDIATE START – FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN OUR MÁLAGA OFFICE. </p><p></p>
