The RoleWe are hiring a high-impact SDR/BDR to build top-of-funnel pipeline across enterprise financial services.This is a critical role in our go-to-market engine, focused on identifying opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and creating qualified pipeline for Account Executives.
What You'll Do
* Build and own outbound pipeline across target accounts
* Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
* Qualify leads and convert into high-quality meetings
* Work closely with AEs and leadership on target accounts
* Leverage events, partnerships, and network for pipeline
* Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback
Qualifications
* 4+ years experience in SDR/BDR or early-stage sales roles
* Strong background in Financial Services (banks, insurance, fintech) – strong plus
* Experience selling AI / GenAI / SaaS solutions – strong advantage
* Proven ability to generate pipeline from scratch
* Strong communication skills and executive presence
* Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments

* Focus on Tier 1–3 financial institutions across key regions
* Multi-country, multi-language environments
* Compliance-driven outreach (GDPR, governance, risk)
