Requirements

- At least 4 years of previous experience. Highly valued experience in Audit firms
\n
- Highly valued previous experience with SAP. A high level of English is essential
\n
\nMultinational company in the industrial and infrastructure sectors based in the northern area of Madrid.\n
Responsibilities
\n\n
- Conduct assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end.
\n
- Evaluate compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
\n
- Effectively document audit working papers, databases, and support documentation into the TeamMate System.
\n
- Conduct risk assessments and controls of business processes/activities.
\n
- Design and perform internal audit tests, using analytics tools/concepts, to identify situations that may impact the business, providing recommended solutions relevant to business and risk.
\n
- Responsible for performing reviews in accordance with Internal Audit professional standards and operating rules.
\n
- Conduct interviews with representatives of audited areas and process owners.
\n
- Perform regular meetings with GRC (Internal Control, Compliance, Risk Management) to optimize the synergy between governance areas.
\n
- Support daily activities of auditors assigned to assist the project.
\n
- Discuss and validate the observations/findings with upper management and representatives of the audited areas.
\n
- Elaborate the audit report (power point) with the main findings, ratings of the issues, and audit recommendations.
\n
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the action plans implemented by the business owners.
\n
- Provide a proper support and training for the other auditors. (Internal and third parties)
\n
- Support the Internal Audit Manager in the Forensics Investigations.
\n
