What are we looking for?
As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in planning, analyzing, and coordinating projects within our development and commercial portfolio, collaborating in a global, cross-functional environment. Your core responsibilities will include:
Assisting in developing and maintaining portfolio plans, including timelines, milestones, and prioritization frameworks
Preparing strategic materials for governance meetings and portfolio reviews
Ensuring accurate documentation and communication of portfolio decisions and updates
Performing portfolio analyses: risk assessments, scenario comparisons, timeline evaluations, and KPIs
Creating dashboards and regular monitoring reports with digital tools
Coordinating with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other internal partners to collect information and align strategies
Supporting multifunctional teams in identifying potential challenges and resource constraints
Communicating portfolio insights to stakeholders at various levels
Tracking and highlighting emerging risks, issues, or opportunities within the portfolio
Assisting with the evaluation of new projects, initiatives, or external collaborations
Contributing to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, digital tools, and systems

What do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or similar
Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD, PhD) is a plus, but not mandatory
2–5 years of experience in pharma, biotechnology, or related industries
Background in portfolio management and/or strategy
Basic understanding of the drug development lifecycle, regulatory steps, or commercial product management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation capabilities
Advanced organizational skills, managing multiple priorities efficiently
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and portfolio/project management tools (including dashboards, analytics platforms)
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in global, matrixed environments
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
Strong relationship-building skills and eagerness for continuous learning
