At Fluidra, we are looking for a Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager to join our Global Supply Chain & Commercial Excellence team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

The person joining this role will play a key role in driving sustainable and profitable growth across Fluidra’s global markets by deploying and scaling Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities.

You will combine strategic thinking with strong analytical execution, working across regions and functions to ensure consistent, value-driven commercial decisions.

Reporting directly to the Global RGM Director, you will act as a strategic business partner, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and regional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

RGM Strategy Execution

- Support the definition and deployment of Fluidra’s global RGM framework across regions.
- Ensure consistency and scalability of RGM practices while allowing flexibility for local dynamics.
- Identify growth and margin opportunities through structured RGM methodologies.

Price Management

- Develop and implement global pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margin.
- Define and optimize price architecture (segmentation, pack-price relationships, value-based pricing).
- Lead the rollout of value-based pricing approaches across markets.
- Monitor pricing performance, realization, and compliance.
- Establish structured competitive benchmarking and pricing governance.
- Define and implement price elasticity frameworks and integrate insights into decision-making.

Trade Terms Management

- Define methodologies to optimize trade terms (discounts, rebates, incentives).
- Partner with Sales and Finance to improve trade investment allocation.
- Establish governance to reduce complexity and margin leakage.
- Monitor trade spend efficiency and identify optimization opportunities.

Promotion Management

- Define frameworks to evaluate promotion effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop best practices for promotional planning and execution.
- Support markets in optimizing promotional calendars and mechanics.
- Shift promotional strategies from volume-driven to value-driven approaches.

Mix & Portfolio Optimization

- Drive profitable growth through product, channel, and customer mix optimization.
- Identify opportunities for SKU rationalization and simplification.
- Support innovation and product strategy decisions with profitability insights.
- Align offering with customer segments and use cases.

Analytics & Insights

- Build and leverage advanced analytics across all RGM levers.
- Develop dashboards and tools for performance tracking.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Promote a data-driven mindset across commercial teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with:
- Sales – to ensure execution and alignment on pricing and trade strategies
- Marketing – to align brand strategy with value creation
- Finance – for profitability tracking and governance
- Regional teams – to adapt global frameworks locally

- Act as a key business partner influencing decision-making across the organization.

Capability Building & Governance

- Strengthen RGM capabilities through training and coaching.
- Develop tools, templates, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to global RGM governance and processes.
- Promote knowledge sharing across regions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in:
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Pricing, Commercial Finance, or Category Management

- Experience in international or matrix organizations
- Proven track record in revenue growth and margin improvement
- Experience in industrial, durable goods, or FMCG/CPG sectors is a plus

Technical Skills

- Strong analytical and quantitative mindset
- Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with pricing tools or RGM platforms is a plus
- Fluency in English required

- Strong strategic thinking combined with execution capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities
- Project management and change management skills
- Ability to work in dynamic, international environments
