In this role you will design, implement, and refine features for a Java-based testing framework that supports the Simcenter STAR-CCM+ codebase. You will work within a distributed team to improve test coverage, reliability and performance of large-scale software. The position combines development, QA, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust validation tooling. • Architect, implement, and document high-quality software solutions for the Java-based testing framework
• Navigate and evolve a large, multi-module codebase
• Participate in peer reviews and root-cause analysis to ensure robustness
• Collaborate with a distributed team to communicate status and contribute ideas
• Contribute to development workflows using Jira, Confluence, Git, GitLab, and Bitbucket
• Travel up to 3% as needed for team collaboration
Responsabilidades
• Strong proficiency in Java
• Experience with JUnit (3–5) or similar testing frameworks
• Gradle for build automation
• Proven ability to develop applications xpzdshu with large datasets and strict quality needs
• Experience with Git and distributed version control
• Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and modern IDEs
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams and in code reviews
• Good communication skills and self-management
