This is a full-time, in-office role (5 working days in Tempe, AZ). We value in-person collaboration and time spent face-to-face. Position is based in Tempe, AZ.

The Account Support Specialist within the Account Health Support (AHS) team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners. We obsess over providing world-class support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform. We strive to predict the Seller's needs before they recognize they may have a problem, create innovative self-help tools, and provide solutions to help our partners better serve their customers.
Position Description: Account Support Specialist
Location: Tempe, AZ
Language Requirements: English and Spanish
Shift Requirements: Sunday-Saturday
Training: 8 weeks consisting of instructor-led and self-led coursework.
Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated support to third-party Sellers and consult with them on best ways to address opportunities on Amazon’s platforms.
* Deliver sustainable results that improve Sellers’ performance while aligning to Amazon requirements.
* Use Standard Operating Procedures and judgment to guide Sellers on complex cases.
* Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with Sellers, department management, risk analysts, other associates, and third parties.
* Contact Sellers by phone and email; up to 70% of the day may be inbound/outbound calls.
* Redirect difficult conversations with pre-suspension and post-suspension Sellers who are in poor standing.
Qualifications
* Basic: 1+ years of customer service experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office products
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
* Experience in payments or e-commerce
* Fluent in Spanish (spoken, written, and reading)
* On-site 5 days a week in Tempe, AZ
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with problem solving and root cause analysis

Compensation: The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. USA, AZ, Tempe - 16.00 - 28.00 USD hourly. Beginning Day 1, Amazon offers EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, and 401(k) matching.
