Your Skills :
* A distinguished career with 10+ years in Quantity Surveying or commercial management, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
* Demonstrated excellence in team management and development.
* RICS accredited or actively pursuing accreditation, reflecting your commitment to industry standards.
* In-depth understanding of Mechanical and Electrical environments is a significant advantage.
