Key Responsibilities Achieve individual sales targets and maximize sales opportunities on every interaction
Identify customer needs using structured scripts and effective probing techniques
Recommend the most suitable products or services based on customer requirements
Maintain a strong understanding of products, pricing, promotions, and internal procedures
Ensure all interactions meet defined sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Deliver professional, friendly, and customer-focused communication at all times
Accurately document customer interactions and update
