Job Description:


Cee Regional Sales Director

As a CEE Regional Sales Director, working from our Headquarter based in Madrid, Spain, you will be responsible for the overall profitability and headcount of the company in a specific territory.


Your Responsibilities:

* Recruit, establish and lead an experienced digital sales-oriented team.
* Participate in the recruiting and hiring process of the commercial team.
* Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals.
* Create sales reports and a P&L report of the sales operation for each country to provide to your direct manager.
* Be responsible for the sales target of each country within your territory of control.
* Provide detailed sales forecasting on a quarterly, semester, and annual basis.
* Monitor the market and competitor products and activities, providing detailed sales forecasting.
* Establish and maintain key customer relationships.
* Obtain, allocate, and adjust operations resources to achieve sales and service goals.


About You:

We are looking for someone with:

* Deep knowledge of the Ad-Tech sector and Media Agencies industry.
* Previous experience collaborating with leading agencies such as WPP, Publicis, OMG, Dentsu, or IPG.
* Full proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English (mandatory).
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales leadership position.
* Proven experience in reporting to C-Levels.
* In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
* Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
* Strong ability to lead multicultural sales teams and strategic thinking.
* A Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
