This is a hands-on hybrid role — part content creator, part ad buyer, part community builder. You will :
Own and manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedInWrite engaging captions and schedule daily postsLaunch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (IG / FB) and TikTok AdsTrack and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, reach, etc.)Manage comments, DMs, and tags to build community presenceCoordinate with creators and influencers for UGC and repostsRepurpose newsletter / blog content into short-form social formatsShare weekly insights and content performance reportsWho You Are
2–4 years of experience in social and paid marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands. Strong hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads ManagerShopifyNotionSlackExcellent written English for captions and community interactions. Able to collaborate across time zones, especially with our Asia-based team (3–4 hrs overlap with CST).Bonus Points For
Background in fashion, streetwear, or activewearExperience managing or growing a digital brand communityLight graphic design or email marketing experiencePreferred Locations
Remote in :
