What tasks can you expect?
Design and execute complex data migration strategies.
Oversee data mapping, cleansing, and ETL processes for large-scale migrations.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies.
What do you have to offer?
Years of experience: 4-6 years of data migration experience.
Project management expertise: Able to manage complex data migration projects independently, including project timelines and resource management.
Functional knowledge: Strong knowledge of data governance and advanced data migration methodologies. Understanding of industry regulations related to data management.
Technical knowledge: Advanced skills in SQL and proficiency with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.). Experience with large-scale data migrations across multiple platforms. Certifications in advanced ETL tools or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
Soft skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. Leadership skills: capable of leading small teams and providing technical direction. Business development: able to identify opportunities to streamline data migration processes and enhance client value. Client-facing skills: regular client interactions, providing technical guidance and solution strategies.
