Your Tasks
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Global Sourcing Claim Management Intern (m/f/d) to support the full lifecycle of the supplier claim process. You will work with cross‑functional teams (Quality, Legal, Procurement, Operations) to improve global claim recovery. You will be performing relevant tasks as follows:
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all claims and related documentation
* Analyze claim data and prepare reports that highlight trends, improvement opportunities, and key “lessons learned” for the organization
* Support effective communication across internal teams
* Develop cloud resources and content to ensure clear, organized, and accessible information
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or, alternatively, Industrial Engineering
* Microsoft Excel advanced user, good understanding of business analytics. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is a plus
* Advanced English level (C1)
* No prior experience is required
* Ability to organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, and prepare plans and reports
* Good communication and people management skills. Ability to successfully interact with all organizational levels internally
