Own a product domain and define the short- to mid-term technical roadmapPartner with senior engineers to ensure consistent architecture and design decisionsTake ownership of system reliability, availability, and securityEnsure systems are well-supported with clear SLAs, documentation, and on-call processes Delivery & Execution
Lead team delivery, including planning, prioritisation, and sprint executionBalance roadmap commitments with unplanned work and operational demandsMaintain a strong focus on quality, velocity, and sustainable deliveryEnsure ownership and resolution of incidents and production issues Collaboration
Work closely with product counterparts to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomesAct as the key link between engineering and productCommunicate progress clearly and escalate risks when needed People Leadership
