Organisational position:
* Reports to CEO at HQ
* Leads administrative departments
* Communicates with Group Accounting and Group Controlling at HQ
Responsibilities, tasks and duties:
* All aspects of the financial situation of the company
* Monitor achievement of short and long-term company goals and constantly strive for improvement of processes and higher profitability
* Define long-term strategy in cooperation with the Group Management
* Organize and monitor the financial and management accounting / Controlling
* Prepare balance sheet and tax declarations
* Contact with external auditors and fiscal authorities
* Prepare Management Reports according to Group Accounting Guidelines
* Prepare yearly Budgets of result, balance sheet, cash flow and headcount
* Analysis of the financial development with focus on deviations from Budget and on KPIs
* Cash management and contact with banks is a key aspect of the role
* Cooperation and communication with all stakeholders
* Appropriate use of reporting, IT and management systems of the company group
* Analysis and review of investment projects
The successful applicant (M/F/D):
* Graduated in business administration or economy
* Minimum 10 years experience in the financial area of a company, including minimum 5 years in a leading position, preferably in large/medium-sized companies, up 100 Mill € in industrial markets
* Preferably experience in multinational companies
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong and convincing character
* Persistence and assertiveness
* Ability to represent the company and its interests internally and externally
* Ability to explain analysis, concepts and suggestions in a focused and convincing way
* Ability to organize him- / herself and his team
* Hands-on mentality
* Ability to communicate in English language
