As a Software Project Manager, you will
* Manage end‑to‑end delivery of software engineering projects from initiation through release.
* Partner with Platform and Product teams to define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues;
proactively remove blockers.
* Communicate project status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and Product.
* Ensure alignment with engineering best practices, quality standards, and release processes.
* Support release planning, versioning, and go‑to‑market coordination.
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, processes, and tooling.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience managing software development projects .
* Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
* Experience working directly with software engineers and technical leads.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
* Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate technical discussions into actionable plans and timelines.
* Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
* Superb presentation skills and executive communication.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross‑functional teams effectively.
* Solid organizational and time‑management skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
* Perfect command of English (Fluent or Native).
Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Experience managing large‑scale or distributed engineering teams.
* Familiarity with modern software architectures (microservices, APIs, event‑driven systems).
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management.
* Experience working in product‑driven or SaaS environments.
* Certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, or SAFe.
* Background in QA, development, or technical program management.
