Manufacturing Leader at Heart: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or similar and offer solid experience in manufacturing operations—ideally from the food industry—paired with strong people leadership and management skills.Bilingual Operator: You are fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in English at B2–C1 level.Analytical Navigator : You use data to guide decisions and challenge the status que and are proactive, resilient, and always aiming for better.Strong Communicator & Influencer: builds strong relationships, facilitates collaboration, and communicates clearly across teams and levels.
